Normally excellent but on this occasion the chips were badly undercooked so that they were still raw/crunchy in the middle. Disappointing but hopefully a one off. Fish was to usual high standard.

Ordered online with agreed pick up time food was boxed once I arrived so everything fresh as it could be. Well packaged with no plastics or polystyrene.

Great online ordering app and payment. Confirmation text withing seconds. Order ready in 10mins and on arrival. All fish first class, chips a bit crispy for me but my wife loved them.

Just completely excellent. The haddock was cooked to perfection. My grandsons are still talking about their skyscraper burgers and the chicken was moist and succulent. Given that you were exceedingly busy this was most impressive. Yummy
